​Touti Bo and any products or designs contained in our site belong to Touti Bo and may not be copied, imitated, or used without the prior written permission of Touti Bo. Touti Bo has the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s policies or as otherwise determined by Touti Bo.

Content​

We try to ensure that our online catalog of products is as accurate and complete as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that it may not be completely free of human or technological errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors -including after an order has been submitted- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. All total carat weight provided can be within .08 carats of the stated weight. Gold weight may vary between sizes and colors.

All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Also, be aware every computer monitor has different settings so color and size may vary.

Touti Bo does not represent or warrant that materials in our site or the services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Touti Bo does not represent or warrant that our site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Personal Information

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that reason only. We may disclose your personal information only if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our policies.

Store Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify platform. They provide us with the online e-commerce template that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through their data storage and databases. 

Payments

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify processes your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Our policies apply to all types of purchases of Touti Bo goods, including, but not limited to, online sales, trunk show sales, email, phone, and in-person sales.
