Shipping & Returns
Lead times are estimated between 1- 4 weeks for each item or 2 business days for handling if the item is available in stock. Please note that delays in production may occur around holidays. For inquiries about item specific production times, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All domestic and international orders ship via DHL express and require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to a PO Box. All items over usd 500$ ship fully insured.
Please note that for all international orders, additional VAT & Duties may be applied in order to receive your shipment.
You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will then receive an email with the DHL tracking number once the order ships.
Due to the nature of our production process, all sales on toutibo.com are final and are not eligible for a refund after purchase. We recommend checking the sizing options and scale of all products before purchasing. We are happy to help you clarify any details before making a purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you have not received the correct item or size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you shortly to arrange for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also include the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for exchange.
